Nevis Canoe Club members enjoy all aspects of the sport including river running, surfing and sea kayaking.
The club aims to offer canoeing for everybody. We organise adult beginner classes regularly thoughout the year at Loch Eil and our childrens' courses are always popular. For those who want to improve their skills and abilities the club also runs regular trips across the seasons, summer white water trips to the Garry, with the winter bringing more rain and a choice of lots of rivers locally. On our sea trips we change venue every week ,exploring all the surrounding waters, I great way to see new places.
During the winter months (Oct to April) we run pool sessions at the Lochaber pool on Friday evenings where you can learn to roll in nice warm water!
