Kearney Donald Partnership is a modern architectural practice based in Fort William but operating throughout the Highlands, Argyll and Lorne and the Inner Isles.
We offer a tailored architectural service specfic to the individual clients needs. This can range from feasibility studies, Planning and Building Warrant applications only through to the complete architectural service from inception to completion.
The partners Scott Donald and Brian Kearney have over 50 years experience in the construction industry between them. We have 3 other technical staff employed within the practice allowing KDP the resources to react to clients' timescales.
KDP work in all sectors of building design with residential design accounting for most of our work. We have a great deal of experience in all aspects of residential design including :-
Private houses and flats, new build and conversion
Holiday accommodation- hotels, guesthouses, chalets, self catering, hostel and bunkhouse
Refurbishment and alterations.
Country estates and farms
KDP also offer some specialist services. We can offer 3D computer generated images to enable our client to visulise their projects at design stage. We also offer specialist sustainability and environmental advice, including compliance with Sect 6 Energy of the 2010 building regulations. We are also a qualified CDM coordinator assisting our clients in compliance with all Health and Safety Legislation.
