Set in a quiet position in the village of Ballachulish 2 Laroch Court is a modern mid-terrace cottage. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 people and is comfortable and well equipped with double glazing and electric heating. The Village shop, post office, pub & bistro and Tourist information office are all within a short walking distance.
Ballachulish village is set on the shores of Loch Leven and along with nearby Glencoe offers some of the most dramatic mountain scenery in Scotland. The area which was once known for its slate quarries is now known for its numerous outdoor activities. Hill walking and climbing, sailing & kayaking and cycling. Both Fort William and Oban with all that they have to offer are within easy reach by car .
The cottage has an entrance hall, open plan living room with a kitchen and dining area. 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin). A bathroom with a bath, wc, basin and over-bath shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, microwave, larder fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
In the living room there is a flat screen T.V. with a DVD player in the side which also plays CDs. There is also a video player with a library of videos and a selection of books and games.
There is parking for 2 cars in front of the cottage and a small rear garden.
