Food Producers in Lochaber
The Lochaber area has an interesting range of food producers from a local Fort William bakery making speciality cakes which are available in selected outlets in the UK, to a small business in Glenuig specialising in smoking a fascinating range of food like salmon, haggis, alligator, sea-food.
In between there are small farmers and crofters producing local game like venison lamb and beef. Lochaber is also a main producer of farmed salmon and other seafood species
